Louvine McLemore Adams 89, of Leesburg, GA died Friday, January 24, 2020 at Lee Co. Health and Rehab. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Brian Mobley will officiate. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Adams was born in Sumner, GA and had resided in Albany, GA since 1951. She was retired from Coats and Clark and was a charter member of Mercedes Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, David Hazzard McLemore, Sr. and Eva Lottie Williams McLemore, husband, Robert Curtis Adams, brothers, David Victor McLemore, Walter McLemore, Edward McLemore, Herbert McLemore, Eugene Talmadge McLemore, sisters,Victoria Leary, Viola Kelley, Susan Virginia Perry and grandson, Jeffery Cook.

Survivors include daughters, Joyce Mobley and Jackie McClendon (Ed) all of Leesburg, GA, brothers, Horace Carter (Joy), Albany, GA, David Hazzard McLemore, Jr. (Dot), Plains, GA, James Henry McLemore (Evelyn), Orlando, FL, sister, Eva Lottie Horne (Charles), Warner Robins, GA, grandchildren, Cynthia Gardner (Brian), Suwanee, GA, Brian Mobley (Christi), Panama City, FL, Tiffany Cook and Jennifer Heath (Karl) all of Leesburg, GA, nine great-grandchildren.

The family is at the residence of Jackie McClendon, 703 Middle Road, Leesburg, GA, 31763. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at Mathews Funeral Home.
