Lois L. Gordon

Lois L. Gordon, 81, of Leesburg, GA, died February 21, 2014 at Wynfield Park Health and Rehabilitation Center. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 AM at Leesburg Cemetery. Rev. Ken Chancellor will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.

A native of Hazlehurst, GA, born to the late Alvie and Minnie Spell, Mrs. Gordon moved to Leesburg, GA in 1968 coming from Brrunswick, GA. Along with her late husband, Dennis C. Gordon, she owned and operated Gordon's Grocery and Meats for twenty years. Mrs. Gordon was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church.

Survivors include two children, LaWanda Gamble and her husband, Cecil of Leesburg, GA and Larry Mckenzie and his wife, Debbie of Augusta, GA, two brothers, Clifford Spell and his wife, Mary of Brunswick, GA and Clinton Spell of Baxley, GA and a sister, Eloise Andrew Harrell of Brunswick, GA.
