Linda Simpson

Linda Pannell Simpson, 76, formally of Albany GA, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at her residence.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Floral Memory Gardens with Mr. Ross Powell officiating. Born on September 10th, 1948, in Albany, Georgia she was the daughter of the late Joseph William and Nadine Goble Pannell. Linda was retired from GTE/ALLTEL of Moultrie GA. and was of the Baptist faith. Linda was a very strong-willed woman, loved her family, and enjoyed spending time with them. 

Survivors include her children, Kim Freeman (Steven) of Hahira, GA, Tonya Weldon of Moultrie GA, Tanya Taylor (Tony) of Chandler AZ, Kevin Simpson (Crystal) of Valdosta, GA and a brother Skip Pannell of Albany, GA. Grandchildren Grant Freeman, Allison Freeman, Emily Kidd, Shayla McLaughlin, Kevin Simpson II, Kaitlyn Davis, Kortlyn Simpson, Justin Taylor, Blake Taylor and great granddaughter Kayzleigh Mae Simpson. 

 The family will receive friends following the graveside service.
