Linda Kaye Jones Rossignol

Linda Kaye Jones Rossignol, 72, of Albany, GA, died July 9, 2017 at Willson Hospice House. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Mabel Haley Chapel at Porterfield Memorial United Methodist Church. Rev. Nate Lehman will officiate. A private family interment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Born in Columbus, OH on April 11, 1945 while her late father, Samuel Lee Jones was serving in the Military, Mrs. Rossignol grew up in Albany, GA and graduated from Albany High School. After school, she married her late husband, Phillip R. Rossignol, Jr. She was a wonderful homemaker and mother. Mrs. Rossignol was a Methodist and she volunteered at the Albany Humane Society. She was preceded in death by her sister Jennifer Lee Jones.

Survivors include her three girls, Becky Rossignol, Lisa Rossignol Singleton, and Julie Rossignol all of Albany, GA, her mother, Jane Lindsey Jones of Americus, GA, two sisters-in-law, Frances R. Bice and Carol R. Clements, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mrs. Rossignol will lie in state at Mathews Funeral Home and the family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 3106 Westgate Drive from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
