Lillie Ivey Watson Elmore, 78, of Lee County, GA, died October 31, 2015 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Liberty Parkway Church of God. Bishop Allen Bingham and Pastor Dana Swain will officiate. Interment will follow in Leesburg Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

A native of Hawkinsville, GA, Mrs. Elmore moved from W. Palm Beach, FL to Albany, GA in 1970 and to Lee County, GA in 1987. She was employed with Coats and Clark for over twenty years and was a member of Liberty Parkway Church of God. Mrs. Elmore was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She was the widow of Kyle Grover Watson.

Survivors include her husband, Dr. Clifton W. Elmore of Lee County, GA, her children, Cindy Story, Michael Wayne Watson and his wife, Dee of Lee County, GA, Rhonda Kimbrel and her husband, Larry all of Lee County, GA, Terry Milton and her husband, Terry of Monroe, GA, Steven Kyle Watson and his wife, Cindy of Chula, GA, four sisters, Louise Cole of Kingsport, TN, Frances Lindsey of Lee County, GA, Linda Settles and her husband, Gerald and Faye Ivey all of McRae, GA, two brothers, Greg Ivey of Eastman, GA and Ricky Ivey of Douglas, GA, thirteen grandchildren, Shelly (Jeremy) Kilpatrick, April Weekley, Jason Story, Amber (Matt) Bailey , Chris (Renee) VanLith, Nikki (Diony) Verano, Mallory Watson, Kylie (Michael) Hudgins , Michael (Nikki)Watson, Ashley Milton, Chad Milton, Chelsea Watson and Jordon Watson, sixteen great-grandchildren, Alayna Smith, Chandler Weekley, Landon Kilpatrick, Kyle Moore, Kyler Weekley, Ashlynn Verano, Tyson Kilpatrick, Lizzie Verona, Kale Story, Hayden Watson, Hadley Hudgins, Layla VanLith, Destiny Leming, Lily Bailey, Blake Bailey and Kevin Hudgins, her step-son, Michael Elmore and his wife, Sandra and their children, Chris, Quinton and Nathan Elmore and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday at Mathews Funeral Home.
