Lilla Louise Bailey Doyle, 74, of Albany, GA died Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at her daughter’s residence in Dawson, GA. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 22, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Andersonville National Cemetery, Andersonville, GA. Born in Colquitt Co., GA, Mrs. Doyle was a military wife and lived in many states before she and her husband returned to Albany, GA after his retirement in 1979. She was a homemaker and she loved her family and enjoyed scrap booking. She was a member of Mercedes Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac Bailey and Lilla Dean Bailey and her husband, Michael Thomas Doyle. Survivors include a daughter, Anna D. Irvin, Dawson, GA, two sons, Daniel Doyle and Patrick Doyle both of Albany, GA, a brother, Broadus Bailey, Putney, GA, two sisters, Linda Jollene Price and Janice Paige both of Albany, GA, twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
