Lila Sullivan Mulford Fletcher

Lila Sullivan Mulford Fletcher, 88, of Albany, GA, died Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Wynfield Health and Rehabilitation. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Charlie Brown will officiate. Interment will follow in Hopeful Baptist Church Cemetery, Mitchell Co., GA.

A native of Bainbridge, GA, Mrs. Fletcher had resided in Albany, GA since 1953. She was a retired bookkeeper from Lykes Credit Union. She was a member of Byne Memorial Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Felton Mulford and Thomas Julian Fletcher.

Survivors include two sons, Bob Mulford and his wife Debbie, Albany, GA, Bruce Mulford, Tallahassee, FL, two daughters, Nina Howell and her husband Gene, Tallahassee, FL, Sheresa Arrington and her husband Donny, Albany, GA, a step-son, Wayne Fletcher and his wife Joanna, Albany, GA and a step-daughter, Louise Morgan and her husband George F., Lizella, GA, six grandchildren, Brian Howell, Tallahassee, FL, Marty Mulford and his wife Andrea, Franklin, TN, Jason Mulford and his wife Kim, Albany, GA, Michael Mulford and his wife Karen, Robby Arrington, St. Simons Island, GA, Ansley Arrington, Athens, GA, three step-grandchildren, Leah Garland, Taylor Davis, and Jody Fletcher, and six great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at Mathews Funeral Home.
