Leonard M. Walls, Sr.

Leonard Millard Walls, Sr., 85, of Albany, GA died Monday, July 9, 2018 at his residence. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 13, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Pine Bluff Baptist Church. Rev. Keith Smith will officiate. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery with military honors. A native of Moultrie, GA, Mr. Walls was born to the late Doc Leonard Walls and Katherine Eugenia Rogers Walls. He was retired from the United States Air Force and moved to Albany, GA in 1974. He was a member of Pine Bluff Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his wife, Alma Turner Walls, a son-in-law, Ronnie Jones, a grandson, Brandon Walls, a daughter-in-law, Debbie Walls, a brother, Roger Walls and a sister, Frances Walls. Survivors include two sons, Leonard M. (Lenny) Walls, Jr. ( Jackie Williamson), Lee Co., GA, David Walls (Lori Lee),Albany, GA, two daughters, Teresa Murphy (James), Albany, GA and Pam Jones, Ft. Worth , TX., his grandchildren, Becky Walls, Jennifer Irvin (Mike), Bjay Newton, Tim Dixon (Kate), Michael Walls (Michelle), Karah Bird (Robbie), Kimberly Walls (Jerry), Kellie Walls, Mackenzie Cole, Makayla Beth Walls, Leslie Walls and Steven Walls, seventeen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
