Leo Stacy Gray

Leo S. Gray, 81, of Albany, GA, died Thursday, February 13, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Billy D. Hanna will officiate. Interment will be Monday, February 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Newnan, GA.

Born in Enigma, GA, Mr. Gray had resided in Albany, GA since 2002 moving from Newnan, GA. He had served in the Army, was a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology and former partner and then becoming the owner of Activation, Inc. He was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Bernadette P. Gray, Albany, GA, a son, Rex Gray (Christie), Sharpsburg, GA, four sisters, Sue Combs (Utah), Putney, GA, Hazel Eddins, Camilla, GA, Laura Roper, Greer, NC., Martha Baldwin, Ft. Payne, AL, two grandchildren, Christopher Gray (Laci), Columbus, GA and Jessica Gray, Sharpsburg, GA, three step-daughters, Shelly Thomas. Leesburg, GA, Sherry Thomas, Albany, GA, Rose Marie Smith, Leesburg, GA and six step-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at Mathews Funeral Home.
