Laura Ellen Jackson

Laura Ellen Jackson, 73, of Leesburg, GA died Thursday, February 23, 2012 at her residence. Graveside services will be conducted Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery, Atlanta, GA.

A native of Atlanta, GA, Laura had resided in Leesburg, GA for the past seven years moving from McDonough, GA. She was a homemaker and attended First Baptist Church of Leesburg. Laura was preceded in death by her parents, Huxley Monard Jackson, Sr. and Laura Louise Rudin Jackson.

Survivors include three sisters, Mona Claxton of Leesburg, GA, Judy Jackson and Mary Green both of McDonough, GA, a brother, Huxley M. Jackson, Jr. of McDonough, GA and a number of nieces and nephews.
