Lane Albritton

Lane Albritton, 23, of Mitchell County passed away on Monday November 28, 2016. Funeral Services will be held Saturday December 3, 2016 at Mathews Funeral Home in Albany at 11:00 am. Rev. Dan Storey will officiate.
Lane was born January 29, 1993 to Isaac and Rebekah Albritton. All who were privileged to know Lane knew he was a caring and wonderful young man. He had an amazing personality and felt most comfortable making those around him laugh. In his opinion his greatest accomplishment in life would be becoming a father. Lane loved his son, Lane Jr., more than anything. He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Janet Holt Hardin of Alabama; Grandfathers, Durwood Eugene Holt of Albany, James Lester Lane of Sylvester, Edward Albritton of Donalsonville.
Survivors include his son, Lane Albritton Jr.; his parents, Isaac Albritton of Sylvester and Becky Albritton of Baconton; two grandmothers, Wylene Lane of Sylvester and Leona Shelley Porter of Sylvester; three siblings, Kalah Bell of Tifton, Victoria Tucker of Sylvester and Isaac Albritton of Sylvester; three nieces, Elli Albritton ,Harper Tucker, and Kendall Bell; Three Nephews, C.J. Bell, Ashton and Jon Albritton; Aunts and uncles, Danny Holt of Rebecca, Susan and Marty Story of Arkansas, Deborah Goforth of Tifton, Bobby and Scarlet Holt of Alabama, Lisa and Scott Bryant of Leesburg, Tammy and Eddie Ryan of Sylvester, Gwen Stokes of Sylvester, Margie Boysen of Albany, Lisa and Lonnie Bartley of Sylvester, Cheryl and Dave Hughes of Atlanta, Matt and Martina Lane of Sylvester, Amanda and Bobby Bowen of Baconton, and numerous cousins.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 2 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Mathews Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that those desiring make donations for the support of Lane's son to a fund in the name of Lane Albritton, Jr. at the Bank of Camilla, 50 E. Broad Street, Camilla, GA 31730.
