Lance “Bubba” Kearce, age 54, of Montello WI passed away on Friday July 30, 2021 with his loving wife and sister by his side, due to his courageous battle against cancer. Lance was born on April 17, 1967 in Albany Georgia, he is preceded in death by his mother and father, Ruth and Woody Kearce. Lance attended Riverview High School in Albany GA and worked on his parents’ farm. After high school Lance went on to attend Georgia Southwestern and the University of Georgia. Lance had a Bachelor’s in Human Resources and a master’s in industrial Psychology. Lance also attended Auctioneering school and was the world champion auctioneer in 2000. He continued his Auctioneering career in WI recently with Yoder Auction company of Wautoma.
Lance loved hunting and fishing, he was a member of the Montello Rod and Gun club and founded the Rooster Shooter Club where he organized several pheasant hunts last fall. He spent many hours fishing with his wife, stepson, and friends.
He will be remembered for his outgoing personality, his wonderful southern accent, and his amazing ability to make people laugh. He was always the life of the party.
Those Lance leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife Karen (Semianczuk) Kearce of Montello, sister Saye Kearce Butler of Jefferson City, MO, daughters Kirsten Suzanne Kearce and Olivia Leigh Kearce of Atlanta GA, and one Grandchild Eville Suzanne Owens. Stepsons Mike Semianczuk of Oshkosh, Eric Semianczuk of Germantown, and David Semianczuk of Germantown as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
