Kimeley Langley Masiello

Kimeley Masiello completed her journey here on earth on June 26, 2019 at Wilson Hospice House in Albany, GA.

Born in Baltimore, MD on August 19, 1942, Kim moved to Albany while her step-father was stationed at MCLB. It is here she met her first husband, Larry T. Harper, Sr. (deceased). After remarrying to Harry B. Masiello, she moved to Brevard County, Florida where she lived until her husband's death.

Kim enjoyed spending time at the beach, painting and gardening. There was never a plant that did not thrive under her care and she leaves us with some amazing art work. Known to her grand and great grands as "Gabu" she enjoyed spending time with and doting on them all.

Kim is preceded in death by her parents, June Marie McKiernan of Florida and Fredrick Whittaker of California; her Son, Larry T. Harper, Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida; four sisters, Jennifer Hogan of Leesburg, Judee Cogbill of Arkansas, Shana Darby of Leesburg and Rebecca Rice of California. She leaves behind her daughter, Jodia and her husband Tim Murphy of Leesburg; granddaughter, Kimeley Megan Musgrove of Leesburg, three great grandsons, Aidan Young, Rhyan Young and Evan Thomas Musgrove all of Leesburg, and three nieces, Angel Smith, Becca Cogbill, and Sara Cogbill all of Arkansas.

Kimeley Masiello requested there be no formal service and instead wished to have her ashes spread in the ocean with her Son's and Husband's in a private family ceremony.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that we honor her love of nature with a planting, or a donation the Wilson Hospice House, without whose care and compassion we would not have gotten through this difficult time. Donations to Willson Hospice House may be made in memory of Kimeley Masiello at 320 Foundation Lane, Albany, GA 31707.
