Kimberly Ann Robinson

Kimberly Ann (Kim) Robinson, 33, of Albany, GA, died July 18, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church of Leesburg. Jason Spears will officiate. A private interment will follow in Leesburg Cemetery.

A native of Columbus, GA, Kim grew up in Lee County, GA and graduated from Lee County High School in 2000. She continued her education and received her Doctorate of Educational Leadership Degree from Valdosta State University. Kim currently served as the Assistant Principal at Lee County Middle School-West.

Survivors include her husband, Andrew D. Robinson and her son, Colton Levi Robinson both of Albany, GA, her parents, David and Linda Ponthier and a brother, Erik Ponthier, all of Lee County, GA, her In-laws, Doug and Bonnie Robinson of Albany, GA and a sister-in-law and her husband, Amy and Billy Cash of Lee County, GA. Kim was preceded in death by her sister, Allyse Megan Ponthier.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at The Bindery At Oakland, 4445 Oakland Parkway, West, Leesburg, GA, 31763.

Those desiring may make contributions to the Kim Robinson Memorial Fund, being established to help provide clothing and school supplies for underprivileged children. This has always been one of Kim's priorities and passions and checks may be sent to Lee County Middle School-West, 190 Smithville Ave. W., Leesburg, Ga. 31763.
