Ken Lewis, 76, of Albany, GA. died peacefully at the Willson Hospice House on Friday, June 17, 2016. A graveside service will be held at St. Patrick's Episcopal Church on Monday, June 20th at 10:00 am. The Reverend Deacon Joy O. Davis will officiate.
Ken was born in Columbus, GA on May 2, 1940. He worked most recently at Huggins Outboard. Ken enjoyed camping, boating and spending time with his grandson, Caden. Mr. Lewis was a member of the Elks Lodge, Dougherty County Lodge #591 and St. Patrick's Episcopal Church.
Ken is survived by his wife, June Lewis of Albany, a daughter, Cori L. Kines of Cairo, GA and a grandson Caden. He is also survived by a brother-in-law, Tommy Ross of Leesburg, GA and his children Parker Medley and Carson Ross, a niece, Shae Sutton and her husband Ladd and their children Preston and Ansley of Lexington, SC.
The family will receive friends at the residence, 2706 Pine Manor Avenue, on Sunday, June 19th, from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers those desiring may make memorial contributions to St. Patrick's Episcopal Church-Deacon's Fund, 4800 Old Dawson Road, Albany, GA 31721 or Albany Community Hospice, 320 Foundation Lane, Albany, GA 31707.
