Keith E. “Preacher” Wisener, 90, of Leesburg, GA died Monday, March 19, 2018 at Crisp County Regional Hospital. Graveside services will be held Thursday at 3:00 PM at Smithville City Cemetery. Rev. Mark Kinservic will officiate. Born in Smithville, GA to the late Forrest and Ovada Wisener, lived in Lee County, GA most of his life. He was a Construction Superintendent and owned and operated W & W Construction Co. Mr. Wisener was a member of Smithville Baptist Church and loved to hunt and fish. Mr. Wisener was preceded in death by his wife of sixty-six years, Louette Beamon Wisener, his son, Gary Wisener, and daughter, Peggy Wisener. Survivors include his daughter, Donna Howard and her husband Randy, Cobb, GA, his two sons, Keith “Buster” Wisener and his wife, Barbara of Dawson, GA, and Forest Wisener, Lee County, GA, his grandchildren, Cody Wisener, New Jersey, Gary Wisener, Jacksonville, NC, Amber Wisener of Leesburg, GA, Randy Howard, Jr. of Ellaville, GA, Rodney Howard (Suzanne) of Ellaville, GA, Ricky Howard (Anna) of Athens, GA, Jamie Wisener of Dawson, GA, Jill Wisener of Lee County, GA, great grandchildren, Brylee Boeshore, McKenzie Howard, Rand Howard, Dustin Howard, Jacob Howard, Mason Wisener, Megan Wisener, Devan Tindell, Bailey Tindell, Jordyn Proctor, and Brayden Proctor. The family is headquaters is at 5375 Florida Short Route, Dawson, GA 39842. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.
