Karen Louise Moore

Karen Louise Moore was born September 11, 1957, in Columbus, GA to William Gerald and Virginia Ruth Moore, and passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at the Willson Hospice House in Albany, GA.

Karen was raised with her siblings in Albany. She spent her life managing her home and caring for her two wonderful children, Ashley Moore & Katie Wright, and two beautiful granddaughters, Fehrah Moore & Emily Leckrone. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and her sister, Vickie Davis.

She leaves to mourn her loss her children Ashley Moore (Duluth, GA) and Katie Wright (Albany, GA), two granddaughters Fehrah Moore and Emily Leckrone, and sisters Gerri Davis and Sandy Nadrich. She was blessed to have a large family and leaves behind many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Family and friends will be received at the home of her daughter Katie Wright on Saturday, August 26, 2023 from 2:00 until 4:00 pm.
