Juanita Letrell (Nita) Howell

Juanita Letrell (Nita) Howell, 76, of Dawson, GA, formerly of Albany, GA died Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate.
A native of Cuthbert, GA, Mrs. Howell had resided in Albany, GA most all of her life. She was a retired manager of Homerun Foods and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Charles Ramsey and Mary Jane Moody Ramsey and a son, Rodney Howell.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Howell (Libby), Baconton, GA, Mark Howell (Lynda), Albany, GA, two sisters, Dot Waits (James), Albany, GA, Patty Mock (Bob), Sylvester, GA, three grandchildren, Mark Howell, Jr, Savannah, GA, Kyle Howell, Destin, FL, Sunshine Lynn Howell, Baconton, GA and six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
