Joyce Hussey McDaniel Prince

Joyce Hussey McDaniel Prince, 74 of Lee County died Saturday, December 16, 2017 at her residence. 

Her funeral service will be Wednesday 11 AM at Mathews Funeral Home with a private interment to follow.      

A native of Marianna, FL, Mrs. Prince had lived in Lee County for the past 54 years.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Leesburg, the Red Hats of Leesburg and was a retired programmer at M.C.L.B.

Mrs. Prince was preceded in death by her parents, James. W. and Treaster Conrad Hussey, husbands, Rupert L. McDaniel, Jr. and Robert Jackson Prince.  Brothers, James W. Hussey, and Thomas Hussey, sisters, Jean Jeter and Sybil Brogdon.

Survivors include her children, Debra McDaniel Long, Leesburg, Donna McDaniel Sumners (Tom), Rupert L. “Rusty” McDaniel, III (Denise), Leesburg, grandchildren, Leslie Long Goodner (Jason), Austin, AR, Matthew Sumners, Tulare, CA, Holley Sumners Carter (Garrett), Valdosta, Morgan Sumners, Atlanta, Samantha Lynn Wilson (Stuart), Leesburg, Tony Morse, Jr., Valdosta, Zeavin McDaniel, Hadyn McDaniel, Emma N. McDaniel all of Leesburg, great grandchildren, Gage Carter, Skyler Wilson, Kegan Wilson, sister Marie Hussey Padgett (Joe), Marianna, FL and brother, Lynwood Hussey (Sandra), Altamonte Springs, FL.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Mathews Funeral Home.
