Joseph Henry Fulkerson

Joseph Henry (Joe) Fulkerson, 81, of Albany, GA died Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 3:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate. Interment will follow at Leesburg Cemetery with military honors.

A native of St. Joseph, KY, Mr. Fulkerson had resided in Albany for sixty five years. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force with twenty three years of service and was of the Catholic Faith.

Survivors include his wife, Frances Fulkerson of Albany, GA, three daughters, Teresa Holmes and her husband, Danny of Leesburg, GA, Patricia Bailey of Bronwood, GA, Barbara Johanson and her husband, Dan of Colorado Springs, CO, a son, Joseph Henry Fulkerson, Jr. and his wife, Pam of Melbourne, FL, eleven grandchildren, Tricia Quinn and her husband, Jim, Terri McDuffie and her husband, Richard, Michelle Moreland and her husband, Stacy all of Leesburg, GA, Michael Bailey and his wife, Cherie of Albany, GA, Andrea Johanson and Ariel Johanson of Colorado Springs, CO and Christopher and Jeremy Lord of Melbourne, FL, nine great-grandchildren, three brothers James, Carl and Gerald Fulkerson and a sister, Henrella Fulkerson.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Mathews Funeral
Home.
