Joselyn Mendiola Cruz

Joselyn Mendiola Cruz, 37 of Leesburg, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. A funeral mass will be held Monday at 11:00 A.M. at Saint Teresa's Catholic Church. Father Ray Levreault will officiate.

A native of Oka Tamuning, Guam, Joselyn was born to John Cruz and the late Frances Flores Mendiola. Joselyn moved to Leesburg from Oahu Hawaii in 1994. She was a graduate of Albany High School.

Survivors include her father and step-mother, John and Virginia Cruz of Leesburg, three brothers, Daniel (Xena) Cruz, Vincent (Deborah) Cruz, Drew (Jessica Castillo) Cruz and Vernon (Constance) Cruz, one sister, Leilani Santos of New York, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A rosary and visitation will be held Sunday evening at Mathews Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
