Johnnie Jolley Rogers

Johnnie Jolley Rogers, of Lee County. GA, died Thursday, June 18, 2015 at her residence. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate.

Born in Sylvester, GA, Mrs. Rogers had resided in Lee Co, GA for the past twenty years moving from Radium Springs. She was retired from the MCLB and was a member of Byne Memorial Baptist Church where she was active in her Sunday School Class. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Women's Club and The Red Hats Society. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Robert Jolley and Zelda James Jolley, her husband, Othorus Milton Rogers, two brothers, Bobby Jolley, Carey Jolley and a sister, Joan Walker.

Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Renee Rogers Gargano and her husband John, Albany, GA, four sisters, Amy McCrary, Alpharetta, GA, Eliza West, The Villages, FL, Bonnie Penwell, Blanchard, OK, Patricia Jolley, The Villages, FL and a brother, James Jolley, Georgetown, GA.

The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
