John Dave Royal

John D. Royal, 65, of Albany, GA died Sunday April 26, 2015 at his residence. The family will have a memorial service Saturday May 2, 2015 at 2:00 pm at 832 Seedling St. Albany, GA 31705.

Born in Wise, VA John joined the United States Army and served in Vietnam. He worked for Flint River Textiles and later gained employment with Marine Corps Logistics Base until his retirement. He was a member of the Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle Club. He was preceded in death by a son Michael Kling.

Survivors include his wife Evelyn Royal, his children Bill (Joyce Williams) Ober of FL, Tammy Lynn (John) Pfautz of Denver, PA, Pauline (Steve) Leaman of Manheim, PA and Vince (Dixie) Burkhart of Portage, PA, six sisters, two brothers, twenty-one grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
