Jody Wade Clack

Jody Wade Clack, 41, of Albany, GA, died May 11, 2016 at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at The First Baptist Church of Albany, GA. Dr. William E. (Butch) Knight will officiate.

Jody was a native and lifelong resident of Albany, GA and graduated from Albany High School in 1993. He received two associate degrees from Darton College in Fine Arts and Health Information Technologies. Jody was employed with Tift Regional Hospital as a Medical Coder and was a member of The First Baptist Church where he attended the Adult 13 Sunday School Class.

Survivors include his wife, Danyel W. Clack, four children, Zoey, Taelor, Wade and Harley, his parents, Jerry and Joy Clack all of Albany, GA, a brother and his wife, Jeffrey and Tracy Clack of Lee County, GA, a sister and her husband, Jill and Chad Rogers of Minneapolis, NC and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at First Baptist Church of Albany.
