Jill Stewart Hollis

Jill Stewart Hollis, 82, of Lee County, GA, passed away Monday, June 27, 2016 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 10:00 am at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Ross Powell will officiate.

Mrs. Hollis was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family. GiGi found her joy in the happiness of her children and grandchildren. Her favorite past times were watching the Atlanta Braves and working her word search puzzles. Before she retired, she managed the S&H Green Stamp Store in Albany for 25 years. She was also known by many for her peanut brittle. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her children Mark Hollis and Tim (Darlene) Hollis all of Lee County, grandchildren James (Krystye) Hollis of Lee County, Mary Hollis of Austell, GA, step-grandchildren Jennifer (Justin) Heleski of Shellman, GA, Owen Deal of Cuthbert, GA, three great grandchildren Jonah Hollis, Madi Hollis, and Allee Clare Heleski, a sister Dixie Chapman, and numerous nieces and nephews.
