Jerry Roger Hatcher

 Jerry Roger Hatcher, 73, of Lee Co., GA died Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Magnolia Manor Nursing Center, Americus, GA. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 3:30 P.M. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Billy D. Hanna will officiate. Interment will follow in Leesburg Cemetery.

Born in Doerun, GA. Mr. Hatcher had resided in the Albany, GA and the Lee County, GA area all of his adult life. Mr. Hatcher was the former owner/operator of J. R. Hatcher Concrete Services. He was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his parents, Leo Hatcher and Mamie Lou Arnold Hatcher and a son, Jerry R. Hatcher, Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Hazel Hall Hatcher, two sons, Ricky Hatcher (Suzanne) and Joey Hatcher (Roxanne) all of Lee Co., GA, six grandchildren, James Hatcher (Amanda), Wes Hatcher, Heath Hatcher, Alex Davis, Kaylee Hatcher, Hannah Hatcher and two great-grandchildren, Alice Hatcher and Vince Hatcher.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at Mathews Funeral Home.
