Jennie Cronin Johnson

Jennie Johnson, 67, of Leesburg, GA, died Friday January 4, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Steven Waldron will officiate. Interment will follow in Leesburg Cemetery.

A native of Gary, IN, Mrs. Johnson had resided in Lee Co., GA for the past five years. She was a retired truck driver and was the owner and operator. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Earl Johnson.

Survivors include two sons, Trevis Johnson and T. J. Johnson both of Lee Co., GA, two daughters, Geneva Beach, Lee Co., GA, Veronica Newton, Worth Co., GA, a brother, Dale Cronin, Sacramento, CA, two sisters, Cheryl Ward, Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Trudy Wiley, Las Vegas, NV, fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
