Jeannette Anh Kimbrel Holland

Jeannette Anh Kimbrell Holland, 50, of Worth Co., GA passed away, Sunday, June 9, 2024 at Emory University Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, June 17, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Mark Knight will officiate.

Jeannette was born in Phoenix, AZ on November 19, 1973. For a short time, she was an army brat, moving all over the United States and landed in Arlington, GA. From the time she was 5, she settled in Worth County, GA and has been a lifelong resident. Jeannette was a devoted mother and wife. She worked as a truck dispatcher for many years. She was currently employed as an office administrator for her son at Platinum Roofing Services of Southwest GA. 

Jeannette loved spending time with her family, friends and especially her grandchildren and would not miss any event they had. Jeannette was so proud of all her children and grandchildren and lived to make them happy. She enjoyed traveling and had a bag packed ready to go at a moment’s notice. She loved trying new things at restaurants and was a self-proclaimed foodie and was an excellent cook herself. Family dinners were her favorite. She appreciated all kinds of music, from Elvis to worship to rap. She loved to laugh and to make simple duties fun, from dancing in the kitchen while cooking to going to the grocery store. She was truly content whether she had a little or a lot. Jeannette had a way of turning every negative into a positive and lived life to the fullest. She was the true definition of You Only Live Once on Earth. AND SHE LOVED HER RED LIPSTICK!

She was preceded in death by her mother, Anh Nguyen Reynolds.

Survivors include her husband, Greg Holland, Worth Co., GA,, three children, William Dean Watson (Kayla), Albany, GA, Matthew Dylon Watson (Jordan), Leesburg, GA, Abigail Lauren Leigh, Worth Co., GA, her father, James Bobby Kimbrel (Judith), Sebring, FL, a sister, Tenya Bunch (Jeff), Leesburg, GA, grandchildren, Isabella Adalyn Watson, Denver Matthew Watson, Gaines Walker Watson.

The family will receive friends followings services at the funeral home.
