Janine Cindy Deese

Janine Pitts Deese, 53, of Albany, GA, died November 26, 2018 at her residence. Memorial services will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home. Ross Powell will officiate.

Janine was a native and lifelong resident born to the late James and Joan Pitts. She graduated from Dougherty High School in 1983, was employed with Wal-Mart and was an animal lover.

Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Deese of Albany, GA, a sister and her husband, Jamie and Marty Gray of Sylvester, GA, a nephew and his wife, Shannon and Georgie Wood of Worth County, GA, a great-nephew, Skylar Wood and two great-neices, Caitlin Wood and Jayden Wood.

The family will receive friends one hour before the service at Mathews Funeral Home.

Those desiring may make contributions to the Albany Humane Society or to The American Cancer Society, Breast Cancer Research.
