Janet L. Harrell

Janet L. Harrell, 58, of Putney, GA, died July 13, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Ross Powell will officiate. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

A native of Camilla, GA, Janet grew up in Albany, GA and graduated from Albany High School. She was employed with Mentor Georgia and was a LPN with Pruitt-Palmyra Health Care.

Survivors include two daughters, Amanda Harrell of Albany, GA and Angie Davis and her husband, Pell of Ft. Hood, TX, her mother, Betty Harrell and two brothers, Joey Harrell and Billy Harrell all of Albany, GA and five grandchildren, Caleb Hall, Dylan Hall, Maci Harrell, MacKenzie Davis and Kyler Davis.

The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral at Mathews Funeral Home.
