James “Jimmy” Loft Nolan, 73, of Albany, GA., passed away in the early morning hours of Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
A native of Day City, FL., “Jimmy” had resided in Albany for many years along with most of his family. He was employed with Leesburg Sand Company where he worked as a dedicated employee for many years as a dredge operator. He was also a very talented musician, as many from around this area knew him, and he played the keyboard in his band, Caravan. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and two brothers.

His children, Major James Nolan of Douglas, GA., Jimmy Loft of Albany, GA., James Brian Jenkins of Thomaston, GA., Gregory Watson and Bonita Watson both of Albany, GA.,
His brothers, Jeff Nolan of Baton Rouge, LA., Jerry Nolan of Baconton, GA., Jessie Nolan and Allen Nolan both of Albany, GA., a sister in law, Kappi Nolan.,
His grandchildren, Bridget, Brooklyn, Amber and Paige along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Private Memorial Services will be set up by the family and held at a later date.
