James Blair (Jimmy) Fackler, Sr

James Blair (Jimmy) Fackler, Sr., 76, of Albany, GA, died December 28, 2015 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. A celebration of life will be held for family and friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Elks Lodge #713 located at 3213 Gillionville Road, Albany, GA, 31721.

Born in Columbus, GA, Jimmy graduated from Baker High School in 1956 then moved to Albany in 1964 where he resided and built a family and career. Jimmy was associated with many business endeavors, but was mostly known as an insurance agent with Moulton Matthews & Associates. He was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include one son, James Blair Fackler, Jr. and wife Suzanne of Hopeful, GA, one daughter, Leigh Ann Fackler Crouch of Newnan, GA , two step-sons, Michael Martin and wife Shelley of Cataula, GA, Matthew Martin and wife Kyle of Leesburg, GA, one step-daughter, Jennifer Martin Sconyers and husband Kevin of Stonyers, GA, a brother Ralph Fackler and wife Barbara of Atlanta, GA, grandchildren Julia and Ben Crouch, Jimmy Fackler, III, Garrett and Winn Collins, Hollyn Richards, Hayden Goodman, Austin Sconyers, Charlie and Nora Jewel Martin, and Lynna Paige and Max Martin, and one great grandchild, Cason Quinn.
