Jacquelyn Joy Harpole, 79, of Albany, GA died Sunday, May 31, at Phoebe Putney North Campus. There will be a private family funeral at a later time.
Mrs. Harpole was born in Dawson, GA on May 3, 1940 to Jack and Sara Collier. She graduated from Terrell County High School and continued her education at Valdosta State and was in the Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She then transferred to the University of Georgia and received a Master’s in Education. After being employed as an Educator, she worked by her husband's side at Chem-Nut. She was an avid reader and enjoyed boating, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren. To know her was to love her!
Mrs. Harpole was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Finley Harpole, sons, Gregory Scott Harpole, and Sidney Finley Harpole. She is survived by her grandsons, Graham Ross Harpole, William Carroll Harpole and their mother, Kristy Kaliher Kruger.
