Jacqueline "Jackie" Sellars

Jacqueline “Jackie” Duke Sellars, 79, of Leesburg, died Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at her home.

Her funeral service will be 3:00 PM Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Mathews Funeral Home with interment to follow at Floral Memory Gardens.  Rev. Johnny Nixon and Rev. Morris Harpe to officiate.

Born in Edison, Mrs. Sellars had lived in Lee County since 1962.  She was member of Amazing Grace Baptist Church a graduate of Edison High School and was retired from Phoebe Putney.

Survivors include her husband Chan Sellars, Leesburg, sons, Marty Sellars (Carla), Watkinsville, GA, Michael Sellars (Rhonda), Hahira, GA, Mitchell Sellars (Leslie), Lee County, grandchildren, Jessica Ortiz, Rae Robinette, Colton Sellars, Erica Sellars, step grandchildren, Blake Potts, Gauge Potts, sister, Mickey Williams, Edison, GA, Peggy Aycock, Morgan, GA, Mary Phillips (Sidney), Lee County and a brother Jimmy Duke, Lake Eufaula.

The family will receive friends Saturday 2:00 to 3:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers please make memorials to Amazing Grace Baptist Church, 2217 Ledo Rd., Albany, GA 31707.
