Jacqueline Joy Tolar Jacobs, 74 of Lee Co., GA went to be with her Lord and personal Savior Jesus Christ on
Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at the home of her daughter. Memorial services will be conducted on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Philema Road Baptist Church. Pastor Dan Harris will officiate.

Ms. Jackie was our amazing mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt. She was born in Eufaula, AL and moved to the Albany, GA area in 1952. She was the daughter of Leaman and Mary Lee Clark Tolar. She was retired from Georgia Pacific Container Plant in Albany, GA and a member of Philema Road Baptist Church.

Ms. Jackie was met at the gate of heaven by her precious granddaughter, Shylee Tully as well as her husband, Ottis Jacobs, her parents, a sister, Ruth Greene, a nephew, Bill Worley and two step-sons, Ronnie Jacobs and Gary Jacobs.

Survivors include two sons, Malcolm Tully (Cathy), Savannah, GA, Trevor Tully (Lisa), Plymouth, MA, a daughter, Dawn Tully Ditty (Vann), Lee Co., GA two sisters, Patricia Hunsinger, Lee Co., GA and Sharon Worley Smith (Jack), Leesburg, GA, two step-sons, Robert Wayne Jacobs, Lonnie Mark Jacobs an two step-daughters Joni Jacobs Cheek and Karen Jacobs all of Albany, GA.

She was a proud grandmother of nine grandchildren, Taylor Alex Tully, Kristin Tully, Kayla Tully, Evan Tully, Lily Dawn Tully, Kristopher Wallace, Kailey Wallace Culberson, Darrell Ditty and Brian Ditty as well as being honored to be the grandmother of thirteen additional grandchildren by love, Michael Jacobs, Windy Jacobs Bowers,
Gary Jacobs, Donna Jacobs, Ronald Jacobs, Ottis Jacobs, Kailey Jacobs, David Killebrew, Veronica Collins, Crystal Cochran, Rachel Jacobs, Sonyia Jacobs Wallace and Lonnie (Junior) Jacobs., a number of great-grandchildren and three nieces and two nephews.

Ms. Jackie was lovingly and tenderly cared for by her granddaughter-in-law, Amy Wallace.

Fellowship with family and friends will follow the services at the church.
