Holman Paul Holt, Jr

Holman Paul Holt, Jr., 80, of Albany, GA, died September 19, 2011 at Willson Hospice House. His remains will be cremated and buried beside his wife at Crown Hill Cemetery.

A native of Livermore Falls, ME, Mr. Holt had resided in Albany, GA since 1970 moving from Live Oak, CA. He served his country for twenty years in the United States Air Force. Mr. Holt had recently received an honorary life membership in the Georgia Sheriffs' Association for his continued support of The Georgia Sheriffs' Youth Homes. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ruth Henderson Holt and a grandson, Aaron Paul Marchetti.

Survivors include two step-sons, Ronnie L. Rigsby of Albany, GA and Tommy Rigsby and his wife, Cindy of Albany, GA, a step daughter and her husband, Nancy and Dan Marchetti of Eureka, CA, granddaughters, Teri Anderson and her husband, Mac of Albany, GA and Deanna Tucker and her husband, Scott of Reno, NV, a grandson, Chris Rigsby of Americus, GA and two great-grandsons, Aaron Tucker of Reno, NV and Ashton Anderson of Albany, GA.
