Hobert (Butch) Quinton Duren, Jr

Hobert Quinton (Butch) Duren, Jr., 66, of Albany, GA, died Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Sherwood Baptist Church Chapel. Rev. John Spencer will officiate.

Born in Daytona Beach, FL, Mr. Duren had resided in Albany, GA since 1966. He was a retired insurance agent with Woodmen of the World and was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Cathy Grantham Duren, Albany, GA, two sons, Christopher Wyatt Duren and his wife Michelle and their daughter, Brianna, Tifton, GA, Michael Duren and his wife, Kim and their daughter, Reese, Albuquerque, New Mexico, a step-son, Keith Malcolm and his wife, Lisa and their children, Lindsay and Gregory, Atlanta, GA, two brothers, Leroy Duren, Lexington, KY and Mitch Duren, SC and a sister, Rebecca Duren, SC.
