Helen Vaudine Faulk

Helen Vaudine Davis Faulk, 85, of Oakfield, GA, formerly of Albany, GA, died January 24, 2015 at her son's residence. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3:00 PM at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery. Rev. Joe Pollock will officiate.

A native of Blakely, GA, born to the late William and Esther Davis, Mrs. Faulk graduated from Early County High School and moved to Albany, GA sixty five years ago. She was a wife, mother, homemaker and a Baptist by faith. Mrs. Faulk loved sports and kept score at the Gillespie Ball Park for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Franklin Faulk, a grandson, Paul Faulk and a brother, Charles Davis.

Survivors include her sons, Danny (Darleen) Faulk of Summerville, SC, Gary (Tammie) Faulk of Clemmons, NC, Randy Faulk of Summerville, SC, Donnie Faulk of Albany, GA and Scott (Seconda) Faulk of Oakfield, GA, her daughter, Kellie (Jeff) Gordon of Largo, FL, a brother, Gene Davis of Albany, GA, her sisters, Barbara McFadden of Albany, GA and Gail Collins of Camilla, GA, seventeen grandchildren and twenty five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral at Mathews Funeral Home.
