Glenda Gail Sheffield

Glenda Gail Braswell Sheffield, 69, of Albany, GA, died Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Chuck Smith will officiate. Interment will be at 3:00 p.m. at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery in Donalsonville, GA.

A native of Donalsonville, GA, Mrs. Sheffield had resided in Albany, GA since 1984. She was employed with Regions Bank, SB & T Bank and retired from BellSouth. She was a member of Kinchafoonee Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Emmett J. Braswell and Martha Lena Ingram Braswell, two brothers, Gary Braswell, Travis Braswell and a sister Tina Monday Bradford.

Survivors include her husband, Bob Sheffield, Albany, GA, a son, Jacky Sheffield, Leesburg, GA, two sisters, Jean Tyler, Greenville, SC and Joy Giles (Bo), Panama City Beach, FL.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at Mathews Funeral Home.
