Glenda Carr Bragg, 80, of Worth County, died Sunday May 5, 2024 in Pooler, GA.  

Her funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Mathews Funeral Home.  

A native of Worth County, Glenda was a home maker, an amazing cook, a loyal Atlanta Braves fan, and the best Nana there was!  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Inez Carr, sisters, Marie Racco, Thelma Nelson, Imogene Britt, brothers, George Carr, Herbert Carr, Murray Carr, Levon Carr, Randall Carr and Wendall Carr.   

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Melvin Bragg, son Scott Bragg (Rebel), daughter, Clancy Gilroy (Keith), grandchildren, Allison Bragg Hensley, Andrew Bragg (Amber), Ashley Bragg Russell (Steven), Abbie Bragg Heller (Clark), Daniel Gilroy, Savannah Gilroy, great grandchildren, Kiera Hensley, Dawson Hensley, River Bragg, Copeland Bragg, Elowen Bragg, Paislee Russell, Everley Russell, Wynnfrey Russell, Birdie Russell, Stevie Russell and her brothers, Alex Carr, Donald Carr and Roger Carr.  

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday.  

In honor of the huge Atlanta Braves fan Glenda was, please feel free to wear any Braves attire.   

In lieu of flowers, please send live plants that can be shared with the family.
