Geri Roos Boulding, 79, of Albany, GA died Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at her residence. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home with visitation to follow. Rev. Chad Ellis will officiate.

Born July 15, 1939 in Pittsburgh, PA, to Donato and Florence Rosella Ferriero, Geri attended the University of Pittsburgh before moving to Albany, GA in 1969. She was employed with Sherwood Baptist Church for twenty-four years as financial secretary, and later retired in 2012 from Burt and Burt after an additional sixteen years of employment.

Geri was a loving Mother, who raised her children in a Christian home and worked hard to care for them. She was preceded in death by her son, Carl Roos, her siblings, Jenny Caputo, Sylvia Hendershot, Maria Ferriero, Arlene Cumberledge, and Joseph Ferriero.

Survivors include her husband of thirty-four years, Jim Boulding, her son, Craig Roos, her daughter, Carin Reese, daughter-in-law, Alicia Roos, three grandchildren, Christi Tapley and husband Matt, Angela Roos, Ali Reese, one great granddaughter, Caroline Tapley, sister, Phyllis Szoko and husband Edward, and many nieces and nephews.
