Geraldine Stewart Jenkins

Geraldine Stewart Jenkins, 72, of Lee County died Friday, September 22, 2017 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Her funeral service will be Monday 2 PM at Mathews Funeral Home with entombment in Crown Hill Mausoleum.  Dr. Kerry Reeves will officiate.

Mrs. Jenkins was an optician at My Eye Doctor (formerly Hour Glass) for 28 years.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. 

She was preceded in death by her parents James and Louvena Stewart and a brother Stan Stewart.

Survivors include her husband Jerry Jenkins, Lee County; daughters, Darlene Butler (Todd), Albany, Cassie Crocker (Joe), Watkinsville; grandchildren, Blake Butler (Brittney Horton), Landon Butler (Kristi), Sara-Ashley Butler (Kyle Lawrence),Austin Crocker, Cole Crocker, Emma Crocker; brothers, Jim Stewart (Virginia), Ashford, AL, Ron Stewart (Darla), Jefferson City, MO, Paul Stewart (Sam) Seminole, FL; sister in law, Charlene Stewart, Seminole, FL and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Sunday 2 to 4 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.
