George Edward Reddick, Jr

George Edward Reddick, Jr., 70, of Albany, GA, died Friday, July 4, 2014 at his residence. Memorial services will be conducted Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.

Mr. Reddick was a native and lifelong resident of Albany, GA. He worked many years with Everglo Propane as a technician and had a passion for cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Louise Reddick, Sr. and a sister, Faye Reddick Poston.

He is survived by three sons, George Edward "Eddie" Reddick, III of Crawford, GA, Richard Lee Reddick of Albany, GA, and Jason Edward Reddick (Jennifer) of Albuquerque, NM, a brother, Charles M. Reddick (Judith) of Columbia, AL, a sister, Eunice L. Swanson of Madison, AL, four step-siblings, three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
