George Thomas Duncan

George Thomas Duncan, 80, of Albany, GA, died November 25, at his residence. Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Minister Matt Matthews will officiate.

A native of Royston, GA, born to the late Glenn Sewell Duncan and Margaret Brown Duncan, and preceded in death by his brother, Glenn Sewell Duncan Jr, and a sister, Anita Duncan. Mr. Duncan had resided in Albany since 1973 and retired as manager from Mitchell County Equipment Company. He was a member of Westwood Church of Christ and regularly attended First Presbyterian Church on Wednesday nights.

Survivors include his wife, Jo Ann Duncan of Albany, GA, one son, George Thomas Duncan, Jr. and his wife, Jenifer of Snellville, GA, another son, Bobby Duncan and his wife Tammy of Fortson, GA, a sister, Mary Ann Eppinger and her husband Al of Tallahassee, FL, four grandchildren, Brittany Ramsey and her husband Jarrett of College Station TX, Wesley Duncan of Snellville, GA, Robert Duncan, Atlanta, GA, Hope Usher of Fortson, GA, and one sister in-law Claudette Duncan of Griffin, GA.
