Fred G. Howard, Jr.

Fred Gibson Howard, Jr., 68, of Albany, GA., died Friday, July 13, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, July 20, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Lighthouse Ministries, 2320 Liberty Expy., Albany, GA 31705.  Rev. Chris Turner will officiate.

A native of Baxley, GA., Mr. Howard was a Vietnam veteran serving in the United States Marine Corps. Fred was a retired truck driver and worked for Arnold Transportation for thirty eight years. Mr. Howard was a hard-working, humble man who enjoyed working with his cows and loved the Lord. He was a member of Lighthouse Ministries. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Gibson Howard and Robbie Davis Howard.

Survivors include his wife, Ginger Howard, Albany, GA., his children, Earl Yearicks, Melbourne, FL., James Yearicks (Gina) and Connie Clark (Greg) all of Albany, GA., nine grandchildren, Elizabeth, Chance, Joel, Austin, Chayse, Bill, Earl, Hannah, a great-grandchild, Sophia and a sister, Ila Howard, London, England.
