Frances Dewey Bryan

Frances Dewy Bryan, 93, of Moultrie, GA, died June 25, 2014 at Wynfield Park Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the First Baptist Church of Moultrie. Rev Wayne Woods will officiate. A private interment will follow at Andersonville National Cemetery.

A native of Arlington, VA, Mrs. Bryan grew up in Washington, DC', graduated from Washington- Lee High School and attended James Madison University. She was a volunteer at Walter Reed Hospital and was employed with the Department of Agriculture in Washington before moving to Moultrie, GA in 1959. Mrs. Bryan was employed with the Colquitt County Board of Education for many years and was a member of The First Baptist Church of Moultrie.

Survivors include her children, Allen Bryan and his wife, Katie of Peachtree City, GA, Andrew Bryan and his wife, Lynda of Jacksonville, FL and Genevieve Bryan Marcus and her husband, Scott of Albany, GA and her grandchildren, Martha Marcus and Jennings Marcus both of Albany, GA, Emma Bryan and Michael Bryan both of Jacksonville, FL, William Bryan, Samuel Bryan and Alex Bryan all of Peachtree City, GA.

The family will receive friends Friday one hour prior to the service at First Baptist Church of Moultrie.
