Evelyn Brown Flournoy

Mrs. Evelyn Brown Flournoy, died Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Ft. Gaines Health and Rehab.

Her memorial service will be Friday 11 AM at Fort Gaines Baptist Church. Rev. Jeff Hines will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM til funeral hour.

A native of Danville, VA Mrs. Flournoy moved to Ft. Gaines in 1967 and was retired from William Carter Co as a Quality Control Inspector. She is preceded in death by her husband Marvin Lewis Flournoy, daughter, Martha Ulmer, and a son James Andrew Flournoy.

Survivors include her daughter Margaret Barron, Headland, AL, sons Bill Flournoy and wife Lisa, Ft. Gaines, David Flournoy, Summerville, SC, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Flowers will be accepted but if you like you can make memorials to Ft. Gaines Baptist Church, 223 S. Washington St., Ft. Gaines, GA 39851 or your favorite charity.
