Ethel Christian Kisor Smith

Ethel Christian Kisor Smith, 88, of Lee Co., GA died Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church, Webster Co., GA. Rev. Raymond Smith will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Born in Centerpoint, (Webster Co.) GA., Mrs. Smith has resided in Lee Co., GA since 1982 moving from Randolph Co., GA. She was a CNA and was retired from Palmyra Nursing Home and a member of the First Baptist Church Shellman, GA. She was preceded in death by her, parents, Cleve Kisor and Susie Walker Kisor, three brothers, John Kisor, Arnold Kisor, Sanford Kisor, two sisters, Susie Mae Brown and Fannie Belle Kisor, her husband, Richard Conyers Smith, a daughter, Rachel Ellen Whatley,

Survivors include three daughters, Gail Freeman, Karen Taylor (Robert), Louwanda Laramore, three sons, Richard Wayne Smith (Sandra), Donald Smith (Peggy), Phillip Smith (Lori), son-in-law, Larry Whatley all of Lee Co., Ga, three sisters, Alice Kisor,Byron, GA, Ruth Norris, Preston, GA and Dollie Haynes, Warner Robins, GA,eighteen grandchildren and twenty four great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Mathews Funeral Home.
