Ernest Leland (Lee) Webb

Ernest L. (Lee) Webb, 76, of Georgetown, GA formerly Albany, GA passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at his residence.  No services are planned at this time.

Lee was born in Albany, GA and educated in the Albany/ Dougherty Co. School System and at an early age he became certified and continued his studies and served in law enforcement for fifty one years. In the late 90's, Lee served as President of Whispering Pines Condominium Association. He was a member of the former Tabernacle Baptist Church in Albany, GA.

First and foremost in his life, Lee accepted Jesus Christ as his saviour. No matter what situation Lee found himself in life, his foundation was his faith. Lee was a generous and compassionate man who loved his wife Cathy and family dearly.

Lee was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Edgar Webb and Elizabeth Ruth Singletary Webb and a brother, Ray Allan Webb.

Survivors include his wife, Cathy Webb, Georgetown, GA, sons, Randy Webb (Jennifer), Sylvester, GA, Rob W. Shields (Lori), Newnan, GA, daughters, Tammy Evans (Junior), Sylvester, GA, April Fabry (Joe Pollock), Newport News, VA, Stacey Vick (Hank), Leesburg, GA, brother, Edgar Webb, Leesburg, GA, seventeen Grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
