Ernest Wayne McCrary, Jr

Ernest Wayne McCrary, Jr., 39, of Albany, GA died Saturday, February 20, 2016. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Mr. Glyn McCrary and Mr. Ross Powell will officiate.

Born in Albany, GA, Mr. McCrary had resided in Albany, GA most all of his life except for a short time in Minnesota. He was employed with Hatcher Tractor Service (HTS) and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by a sister Karli McCrary.

Survivors include a daughter, Lexi Roberts, Dawson, GA, his father and step-mother, Ernest Wayne McCrary, Sr. and Patricia Jordan, New Prague, MN, mother, Paula McCrary, Albany, GA, two sisters, Stacy Lynn McCrary and Dawn Hudson both of Albany, GA, two brothers, Carter Hudson (Sharon) and Tommy McCrary (Nichole) all of Leesburg, GA, paternal grandmother, Cora Belle McCrary, Tifton, GA, many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and two best friends, Jason Shaw and Lee Wiggins who were like brothers to Wayne and looked out for him.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until the service hour.
